Lead Facilitator
He has been teambuilding for 15 years. Passionate about people and the future of work. A seasoned MC, talent coach, corporate events manager, and mentor to many event managers and upcoming teambuilding trainers. He loves to dance, hike, and motorsports, always bringing enthusiasm and creativity.
Wamaitha Karanja
People & Culture Lead
With over 15 years' experience in People & Culture, she handles our event admin, client engagement, moderating sessions, and guiding breakaway sessions. Her passion lies in shifting mindsets while guiding talent to its best possible path yet. She is dedicated, innovative, and inspiring.
Dream Njeri
Wellness and Fitness Lead
In charge of our corporate fitness programs including dance and exercise, she leads both indoor and outdoor warm-up sessions. She has performed across the globe and is a lead singer in a captivating band. Her energetic and engaging style has inspired many employees to embrace a healthier life.
Edwin Moindi
Strategy Lead
A strategist, researcher, growth enabler, teacher, and published author. He runs a transformational management consulting firm, able to serve clients across Africa. He is exceptional in leading and managing diverse global teams effectively and efficiently. He is also an Ultra Athlete.
Gibson Koronge
AV and Logistics Lead
He is part of the lead facilitators. He is an experienced and well travelled individual having worked in Marketing, media, military, construction and shipping. An excellent logistician, he coordinates set-up, equipment, media and logistics for all events.
